If I find Termites (White Ants) what should I do?
Don`t spray or disturb them just call us immediately for a Termite Inspection & Report to AS3660. We will then be able to advise you of our findings and provide you with a Termite Treatment Proposal.

How often should I have my house inspected for Termites?
The Australian standard AS3660.22000 strongly recommends that you should have a termite inspection carried out every 12 months and at least every 6 months in high risk areas.

What does a General Pest Treatment cover?
Common cockroaches, Ants, Webbing Spiders, Silverfish and Wasps.

How long does this service take?
Depending on the size of your home, generally between 1-2 hours.

Do I need to leave the house?
In most cases you do not need to leave, however we advise our clients to at least vacate the premises until the control agent dries.

Do I have to empty the kitchen cupboards out?
No, it is no longer necessary to empty out your kitchen cupboards.

What about my children, pets or plants?
Children and animals must be kept away from the treated areas until the control agent dries (at least 30-60minutes). Once we arrive to your property we will perform a risk assessment to ensure that your family, environment, pets and plants are kept safe prior to any works being carried out

What do I have to do before you arrive?
We recommend that all food products be stored away, clothes be taken off the line, and any shoes or toys be stored away prior to the treatment. If possible any furniture should also be moved away from skirting board edges to gain access prior to the Control Agent application.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes we offer a service free period so if any of the pests covered in your treatment come back in this time, so do we.

Yes, we are fully licenced and insured and are more than happy to provide proof of this prior to any works being carried out.
